Dear Friends, Warm Greetings from Omaxe Foundation!! Omaxe Foundation, a non profit organization, is the vision of Mr. Rohtas Goel, Chairman, Omaxe Group (Leading Real Estate Developers). The endeavor is to reach out beyond the boundaries of corporate growth.

The foundation acts as a catalyst to extend help and resources for multifarious issues improving the quality of the life of society at large. The Foundation envisions not being mere donor or provider but the catalysts of change, who through community participation aims to build human and fund capital to usher in a new India of 21st century.

The Omaxe Foundation is committed to the welfare of construction workers, the main domain of Omaxe Group. The Foundation works through partner organizations to formulate and translate its policies into action.

“Sambhawna” is the name of the project for the construction workers welfare. It identifies projects and supports programmes addressing critical needs at the ground level. Under this initiative various activities are undertaken on long-term basis for the benefit of construction workers and specially their children.

Omaxe Foundation seeks the partnership of the society as a whole to create a platform where the dream of the ideal world can be realized. Realizing the participation of various other stake holders in this mission, Omaxe Foundation as an agency of change intends to carve a niche for itself by working towards dealing with lifestyle issues of construction workers and motivating the young and unexplored minds of the children of the workers in creating a difference.

Looking beyond the basic needs like food, shelter etc. the Foundation brings into focus the important issue like Education, Hygiene, providing crèche facilities for toddlers etc. This innovative project was started at the Nile site of Omaxe group. The activities taken up are as follows:

• More than 1000 children are taken care of and provided with better facilities such as hygiene, sanitation, pure drinking water, proper lighting facilities etc.
• Provide basic education to the children of construction workers, the foundation has already initiated the process of selection of children from different age groups and getting them admitted in nearby schools in Gurgaon in Haryana, Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh, Jaipur in Rajasthan . This project will soon be followed in Bahadurgarh and Sonepat too.

We at Omaxe Foundation seek your support and encouragement in enabling us to provide these children with a sense of belonging and environment where the proper growth of these children can be ensured.
